2. Information used by the auction service
Account sign-in uses an email address and account identifier, through email/password or Google. Consignments contain item descriptions, photographs, condition, provenance, parish, reserve and a seller contact email. Lot questions and replies contain the text submitted and the associated lot reference.
Do not include private contact details, identity documents or sensitive information in public descriptions, photographs or questions.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
The service uses submitted information to provide accounts, display listings, review consignments and manage lot enquiries.
4. Public listings and information sharing
Early previews and approved listings are publicly visible. Published lot questions and answers are visible to visitors. Seller contact emails are stored separately from public listing information. Account services and shared listing storage are provided through Lovable Cloud; Google is involved when you choose Google sign-in.
5. Storage, security and international transfers
Accounts and shared auction records use online storage. Browser storage is also used for sign-in state and the watchlist.

Depending on the circumstances, Jersey data-protection law provides rights including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may raise a concern with the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner.
